Musinguzi, the coordinator for Tumukunde’s campaign team in Masindi earlier in
the day told Uganda radio Netowrk - URN that Tumukunde was supposed to hold a rally at Masindi Booma
grounds at 4pm and later meet his agents at Masindi Kolping hotel, but to their
surprise there were no people at Masindi Boma grounds.
