Fire has gutted a home in Luweero district killing two minors. The incident occurred this morning in Wapamba zone in Wobulenzi town council. The dead have been identified as 4-year-old Fiesta Mayanja and his 1 year-old sibling, Fred Mayanja, both children of Harriet Nassaka.

Nassaka told URN that the fire broke out in her room at around 6:30am, a few minutes after she stepped out to start preparing chapattis for sale in morning. She suspects the fire could have started from the candle she left burning inside the room to provide light for her children.
