The missing children are 3-year-old James Tubazane and 5-year-old Flora Kuzara, both grandchildren of Yolam Kyabalyanga of Ngururwe village on Kasonga parish in Kyangwali Sub County in Kikuube district.

The two children went missing on October 8, 2019. They were last seen at Malembo LC 1 in Kyangwali Sub County around 2p.m and have never been sighted since then.
